I want someone to create a "true" Voice over IP program that works similar to www.ventrilo.com. I ONLY want those that can actually make a interface(GUI) "client side" and an installer for all Microsoft Operating systems. Here is what I need: Design an interface(GUI) "client side". Desing the installer "client side". Desing the interface to have a spot for a small advertising block, provide any sample of advertising in that block as well. Please create a sample project with the stylish looks of my site at http://www.mintzstudios.com. Name the product "MS Voice" A non-functional interface is fine for now for a sample and those that come up with the best bid and the best sample for me to look at will win the bid. Do not bid if you can't come up with a sample.
