network card direct memory packet sniffing

Hi everybody, I am looking for a c/c++ coder to use a library to read incoming tcp packets directly into network card bypassing the kernel (zero copy mode). I have a 10 Gbit link server and I would like to capture at linerate and to have java JNI to access the captured data in realtime.
