IE Password Recovery

Good morning, I require the assistance of a developer to make a proof of concept software tool to recover and display passwords saved by Internet Explorer. I have links to good/clear articles indicating where the information is located on the local computer, and sample code showing how to extract and display the information. The application is required to work with all versions of IE and all versions of MS Windows (inc x32/x64). Basic proof of concept application is required (no fancy GUI) but full source is needed on completion. Please PM for further details.
