Craigs list auto poster

I'm looking for someone to create an autoposter that posts on Craigs list , I basically choose the section, supply the content( it will be one content), and choose cities) , i should be able to choose number of posts per account, time between posts, and it should come with an ip reset after every post, which shouldn't be a problem because I have DSL. This is something really basic, I plug in account list and it posts, Just in case of phone verification, the code will be emailed to an email and it should retrieve it to an email( i already have the email part set up all it has to do is retrieve it). I don't really care what language it's coded in as long as it works.
