IPv6 based bid

Simple: create an app in VB6 that is able to do a traceroute and this by using IPv6 addresses (and hosts). This can be 100% VB6 sources (for the traceroute) OR a VB6 app that calls a COM object.? Please indicate within your bid which solution you want to use. * app needs to be able to detect if IPv6 is "available" * app needs to be ale to do a traceroute towards an IPv6 address * app needs to be able to do a traceroute towards an hostname (that translates to an IPv6 address). * app needs to be able to resolve the intermediate hops (ofcourse also ipv6) to hostnames * we need to be able to limit the number of hops * for each hop we need to know the "roundtrip"-time (shelling to the OS in order to perform the traceroute and analysing the output is ofcourse NOT allowed!) A plus would be if the app/COM is able to do the same for IPv4 too. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform VB6 source code working on Windows XP/2003/2008/7 Sources of COM object is one is used. No usage of .NET framework!
