Revise way the totals are returned(repost)

I need a dummy program that returns XML with all the shipping totals by Wednesday morning. The revised shipping XML should have all the different shipping options included in it. It is fine to dummy the rates I just need something to work with while the rest of the program is being finished. I need the final version that returns correct shipping rates by Friday morning. I need the cgi/[login to view URL] modified to return the TOTAL shipping + handling for ALL shipping methods if the variable shipTerms=all Currently it only returns the specified shipping method and returns a lot of information that is not needed for this specific use of the application. The program MUST return the exact same output as it currently does if shipTerms!=all ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows?
