Develop OpenVPN iOS and/or Android app(s) by leveraging open-source libraries

Develop OpenVPN iOS and/or Android app(s) by leveraging open-source libraries that 1) can provision OpenVPN Access Servers on the cloud (AWS, Azure, etc.) based on the subscription details (such as cipher suite, protocol, connection time-out, etc.) during the registration process 2) will connect/disconnect to OpenVPN Access Servers that were provisioned already. Other requirements are, 1) user registration (email, password), verification (email and/or SMS) and activation. 2) implement in-app purchase feature that will allow for buying subscription. 3) real time data usage monitoring, bandwidth throttling if data usage exceeds certain thresholds. 4) certificate revocation and account closure options Important note: before bidding on the project, please make sure that you understand OpenVPN 3, a C++ class library, approx. 34K lines of code, that implements the functionality of an OpenVPN client and is protocol-compatible with the OpenVPN 2.x branch. We will NOT provide you any code and it will be solely your responsibility to develop the above-mentioned app(s) end to end.
