An executable program that constantly monitors the sound card for a specific sound

Hello, I'm looking for an .exe that will run in the background and monitor my sound card for 2 specific sounds. A bell sound, and a chime sound. When the bell sound is heard, the program needs to send the mouse pointer to a specific location and left click. When the chime sound is heard, the pointer will go to a different location and click. Also upon running for the first time, the first sound it hears will be a different mouse click location. After that, it will click the same location for either sound. So, the First sound it hears when the program first runs, will trigger 1 of 2 possible mouse click locations. Ring = mouse click location 1 or Chime = mouse click location 2. After that, either sound it hears will trigger a common mouse click location 3. There will be no other audio on the sound card input other than the ring and chime. I will supply the wav file for these sounds. Also I need to be able to enter the pixel locations for each of the 3 mouse click locations. Thanks for your time.
