Implement the Bluetooth HCI three-wire UART Transport Layer

Implementation of the Bluetooth HCI Three-wire UART Transport Layer using ANSI C in linux or equivalent. Specifications can be found from [login to view URL] or go to [login to view URL] for more info. Required to implemented Vol 4 Part D:THREE-WIRE UART TRANSPORT LAYER of the specification. Do not need to implement the Low Power portion, I only require simple data transfer Simple API should be produced i.e. Transport_Open(), Transport_Send(void* buffer, int size) etc. I acknowledge it may be difficult to test with a real bluetooth host, please let me know if you are able to do this or not.
