arduino safety system with pc data shown in c#

arduino safety system with pc data shown i want to build a arduino safety system, there are 12 temperature probes and pm2.5 sensor, if the temperature reach the alert temperature or pm2.5 value, the buzzer ring, if the temperature or pm2.5 reach the dangerous level, the relay will be switched off and the buzzer will ring in different sound. All temperature and pm2.5 reading are required shown on the pc software written by c#, this require a GUI interface and gauge format to show all the temperature and pm2.5 data. Also, i want the data transfer from arduino to pc through arduino ethernet board. The software require typing different ip address to show different arduino board.
