Executable processes controls text parser

Hello, I need an application who can parse all controls text from an executable process and provide them as xml. The provided application should be similar to Spy++, Winspector, etc and should have the following capabilities: [Updated requirements] - Compatible with Win XP and Win7 32bit - max .net 2.0 if .net is used - it should not interfere with active windows (like active windows lose focus because our app is doing something). Just passive parsing. - the application should listen to a specific port and based on a token and something like "getxml", it should reply with a xml file containing handles (idk if is needed), control name, and the text values that im interested between something like <parsedvalue>value</parsedvalue> - the application should not freeze if there are 2 api requests on the same time -posibility to run the application with logging to a local file (by config value or parameter) where should create a log to see where the application is stucked if something gone wrong. The application should have a config file that is read at start and configure it with the following parameters : * run invisible on/off (default on). Not hidden from process explorer, i just dont need it visible on main desktop/taskbar/tray * parse by process executable name or partial process name. * port where the application should listen for queries * token * verbose/logging yes/no. Default no. If yes, it should write a log file on the same path with the application starting path. I will need also the source code so i can build the application after the code inspection.
