Cisco Phone to CUCM 10.5 thru ASA 5525 AnyConnect in Win10

I have Cisco (PBX) CUCM 10.5 in office and ASA 5525 firewall. Remotely, I'm trying to connect a Cisco IP Phone 7962 thru AnyConnect VPN on Win10 using Internet Connection Sharing, sharing AnyConnect to the Ethernet connecting the phone. The phone worked but one-way voice only. Voice from Cisco phone to other works great, but voice from other to Cisco phone does not go thru. There is another 7962 phone connected remotely via Cisco Router 881 connecting VPN to the same ASA/CUCM and working fine audio both ways. I need help making this work via AnyConnect on Windows without a router.
