I am looking for an Australian, US or UK based writer to create a series of books that teach children good manners and behavior. This first project is a 10 page story aimed at 3-5 year old children entitled "Thank you" The story should show children when to use the words "Thank you"... example - when someone does something nice for you... Word count : Approximately 120 in total OR approximately 10 words per page Examples of your work should be presented when bidding as well as your experience. Please note I am looking for someone who is looking for long term work. Good luck !!

I have a B.A. in English, General Rhetoric, with a concentration in Creative Writing from Binghamton University. In addition to this, I specifically attended several courses focused on writing for children and children's literature. I have written several of my own children's stories. I also work as a full time preschool teacher and as such, am surrounded by children on a regular basis. I would very much like to be a part of this project as finding new and interesting ways to teach children the value of manners and kindness is very important to me.
