Are you a professional writer/journalist experienced in housing and mortgage related subjects? Do you have a G+ profile? If not will you create and cultivate one? You will get full author credit including Google’s rel author tag (which will require you acknowledging the tag on your g+ profile). This project is for a writer who wants full credit for his/her work. Construction Loan related website seeking a professional writer to research and write on a regular monthly bases (one to two articles per month) on custom home building related subjects such as: • How the process works • Construction Loan and lot purchase loan programs available • Choosing a contractor • Choosing an architect • How to work with an architect • Design/Build energy efficient home • Buying an off the shelf home plan • Modular homes • Title company’s role during construction • Course of construction insurance Etc. There is plenty of primer material on the existing website. I am not looking for someone to simply re-hash existing material but rather use the existing material as ideas to base research on to develop new content and even interview related suppliers, loan officers webmasters, people who have built their own homes, architects, contractors etc., quote them if necessary/appropriate and solicit a link to your article on their website (some will agree some will not). We will actually need an average of one article per week but I’d rather have two writers each writing two per month in order to enhance the sit’s appeal in approach and style. Each article will be about 600 to 1000 words, include a short, 50 to 65 word intro and a kick butt headline.
