Link Building 80 links each month in Spanish

I want to grow the backlinks to one of my sites so I have this project of link building. 10 hours monthly If you do well at this, we will award you many more projects For the begining the job will be for 3 months depending on your results These are the specs for the websites to link -must be in spanish -Have PR1 or Higher -Need at least 2 links with PR3 or higher monthly -must be in the same niche (internet marketing) -It´s been online for at least 1 year -must be .com, .net, or .org domains Other specs needed -I´ll provide you the keywords and you´ll determine de anchor text -format of the links: text <a href="[login to view URL] site address of our client" title="sample keyword">sample keyword</a> text -Links should be thoughtfully and intelligently written. I´ll not accep the same description for each link -Make sure the Links remain in place for at least 6 months -place of links must be smartly distributed whithin 1 month from 10 hours of work -Need for at least 1 article submit on article directories -natural (not spam) links could be from -blog comments -Article directories -forums I wil need a report in Excel each month that includes - Date link is placed on link page - Title of link page - URL of link page - IP of link page - Google PR of link page - Number of outbound links from the linked page - Anchor Text used for the link - Target URL of the link that has been placed on the page - Username and passwords to all accounts that created the links
