What we are looking for is a "Term of Use" document. Document should include: Cha-Lang about the company Cha-Lang about the service Cha-Lang responsibilities Member abilities for service Member responsibilites Member can report violations Statement that posts to the Cha-Lang website are from private parties, and do not represent Cha-Lang in anyway. Cha-Lang is not to be held responsible for any actions by a private party. Each service will have a terms of use documentation. Total of 17 services offered by Cha-Lang. Bid should be based per service, not for all services. Include any information about you and/or your company relavant to this project when bidding.
