Wanted to hire Someone with fashion knowledge for data entry work Prefer filipino

I posted this previously and found a good worker but after 2 months she dissapeared so i am searching again. Prefer a Filipino or Thai. Must have good English skills. Must understand different types of clothing. Must have basic writing skills. Must be able to think independently. Will also consider workers in Easter Europe. No Indians or Pakistanis due to bad previous experiences. Worker will be give a sample project and if work is completed then full time work will be discussed.
