eBook writting - English(repost)(repost)

Hello, I need an eBook written based on topics that I will describe to everyone who has experience on writting content based on information extracted from the web. The writter must be an English native speaker and have previous experience writting [login to view URL] book is about email deliverability and based on 104 points. The writter will be able to look over the internet for information regarding each topic, but it is NOT ALLOWED to copy and paste (or copy, paste and modify) content from web. This action will terminate in the whole project cancellation and future arbitration. Each topic of this eBook is related to the industry. I don't have time to write it myself but I will be glad to provide hints on where to look for each topic as well on what content will be relevant to write about and which content wont. After the book is finished and delivered by the writer, I will own full rights over the content, being able to modify it and sell it under my company's brand. I will preferably select someone who has any IM system online all the time and is able to work / comment over the progress daily. This means that I will want to see each day how much of the work is being done and the contents.
