Test Writer Needed: 100 Questions (Rewording of existing exam) - repost

I have an existing exam that is 100 questions. It's a nurse exam. It is 100 questions in length. I need someone to go through the document, and reword the entire exam and possible solutions and the answers. If you have nursing, medical background is is much preferable as you can make up similar questions. The exam is in multiple choice with four possible solutions. The multiple exam must be reworded in an excel document and also copied and paste into our website question by question. Excel document structure would by by columns 1. Question Number 2. Question 3. Answer Choice 1 4. Answer 2 5. Answer 3 6. Answer 4 6. Solution If the user can write an exam and it's good quality, will ask for more.
