Write My Sales Letter for my Direct Mail Marketing Campaign

I own a lawn care company and I do all of my marketing via direct mail sales letter. My business strategy involves sending advertisements to all of the houses in specific residential developments so that all of my residential accounts are very close to each other. Because all of my accounts are in close proximity to each other my workers spend less time driving from house to house and more time working which results in lower operational costs and allows me to charge a much lower price than my competition. While my competition services one residence (charging them $35) and then packs up their equipment, drives 15 minutes to the next residence, unpacks their equipment and then services that residence (also charging them $35) I can service four residences in the same amount of time because they are all next to each other and my workers don't need to load up their equipment into the truck, drive to the next account and then unload their equipment...and I only need to charge $25. So because of my business strategy I just made $100 in the same amount of time my competition made $70 while charging my customers $10 less. However, the problem with charging a much lower price than my competition is that potential customers sometimes don't believe that my company is legitimate or conclude that because my prices are so much lower than every other lawn care company the quality of service won't be as good. So I need someone who can write a one page sales letter communicating to potential customers why my prices are so low, explain how I'm able to charge lower prices and still stay in business, ensure them that the quality of our service is just as good or better than companies that charge much more and explain how choosing my company to service their lawn is a win-win for both my company and the potential company. If any new customer isn't satisfied with the first lawn servicing of their yard they are allowed to cancel and they owe us nothing. In addition, I don't require anyone to sign a contract (they can cancel the service whenever they want), I offer convenient payment methods including PayPal, check and all major credit cards, I have a customer service rep to answer phone calls during business hours Monday - Friday, I offer a referral program where they get a week of free service for every neighbor they refer and offer other promotions giving them a free week of service, a certain percentage discount on one of their monthly bills and a certain percentage discount on higher cost services such as spring and fall cleanups. These selling points (there are other selling points as well) should help in writing an effective sales letter. REQUIREMENTS: 1) This sales letter would need to be finished by January 29th with a first draft available to me after the first few days, 2) I would need to see similar ad copy that you've written for other customers 3) English must be your first language. I do have somewhat of a rough draft I started writing that you could use for reference or as a starting point. If you are a good writer and are competent in marketing a one page letter shouldn't take you very long so I'm looking for someone who write the letter for a reasonable price. I am more than capable of writing the letter myself but I thought I'd try outsourcing the project so that I can work on other things.
