First I need to totally understand your matlab codes. Sometimes the matlab codes are quite easy to convert to c++, sometimes they would not. I have done a project recently required to convert a high pass filter to c++ codes. It took me some time to dive into the IIR filter algorithm to figure out how to write the c++ codes. Hope your project would not be that hard.
