Raise Telegram channels members based on Description

i need real irani members for some of my business telegram channel , exactly by this method that i explained in this description ; requirements : + be an expert proggramer + be ready to use Telegram API + make a very unique desktop program details : Make A Desktop Software ; 1) make a big List of phone numbers : the phone numbers +98 = country (fixed) xxx = 3 digit of popular pre phone numbers of that country ~ 30 numbers 7 other digits so : 1 × 30 × 10 000 000 = 300 mil numbers * This country (+98 code) has more than 60 mil phone numbers available in person * there is more than 15 mil telegram id based on this country phone numbers .. so 》 2) make a chek option : chek if each of first list is availabe in telegram as an id or not . telegram ids can be : + available +unavailable or +deleted account (which is also unavailable 3) be able to massage Available numbers which is checked in steps 1 and 2 * for step 3 this software needs to have an ip address and a phone numbers attached to it 》 But ; it will be banned after a while (it highly possible) So 》 the software needs to change its ip and its phone numbers for its Telegram id to proceed .. 4) software must be able to add those numbers to spesific channels or groups . * a regular user whit a phone number by telegram , can only invite 200 ids to a channel (whis is created whit tgat number) . 5) the software must be able to to step 1 to 4 , every 1 month . ** you as a programmer , may say some of my details need a fix in the prosess of job , it is only okay to change the framework , if it is reasonable . ....... *** this job is based on a very simple and powerfull idea : a software to add a speciffic country phone numbers to telegram channels/groups But ** it is a very hard task ** ...... about payment : i need a test of it in first step : after the software is ready to work : i will pay 50% of the project , 20 days after i see this result : adding 500k real irani (+98) members to these to channels : telegram channel 》 artlran telegram channel 》 aek_gallery * why 20 days ? because i believe , if the software does not have any protections for monitorings ... , those channels will be banned by telegram servers , after 2 or 3 weeks because of overheating problems spammings etc ... * dont even try to test any bad scenario on these 2 channels , before making sure about everything i will pay remaining 50% of the sotware , after 10 more days (basically after 30 days i see the result on those 2 channels) why is that ? it is the time i be sure about the real irani members . btw there is 2 clear way to monitor the members of a channel or group and se if they are real or not . * Just need real members by their phones thanks for your time
