Software Developer needed for multitrack tablature editor and player

The project is a desktop software that can run on Windows and MacOS. In a few words, this is a multitrack tablature editor and player, designed specifically for Handpan player. The goal is to create a tablature that can be saved in our Personal Library or shared on the Online Library with other users. The main features are the following : Authentication : all the users have to login and subscribe to use the software. Instrument selection / creation : the user can choose an instrument among a pre created list or create its own customized instrument and save it. Each instrument consists of a graphic representation + its associated notes (all the files for sound sampling will be sent to you in .wav or .mp3 format). Dynamic music sheet : the music sheet is where we edit the tablature, add our notes/effects etc. We build the tablature by adding bars to it, so we can dynamically add/remove/insert bars. Also we can modify the structure of the tablature, and it must adjust its size dynamically to fit the screen. Player : it plays/stops our tablature. Each note written in the tablature refers to a sound sample (the same sound samples we used to create an instrument). When we edit the tablature, the music is built automatically, in a way that I can switch in player mode to listen the result at any time. Instrument display : the graphic display of the instrument is dynamic : while in player mode the notes played light up on the instrument. This gives us a visual representation of the notes we must play Multi track management : I can add up to 4 tracks. Each track consists of 1 instrument + 1 music sheet. Personal and Online Library : I can save my work in my personal Library (accessible in offline mode) or I can share it on the Online Library so that other users can access my tablatures. On the Online Library, I can also download files from other users. Once a file is downloaded, it is added in our personal Library and we can open it without internet.
