Data Entry Project

The project involves 300 -500 lines of data with with 5 fields per line. 1 Field is a 14 digit account number 2 Fields are character fields; all caps, average 12 characters in length 2 fields are date fields One of the Character fields and both date fields have significant repetition. Accuracy is paramount. 24 hour turnaround or less. This could become a 3 or 4 times a month gig with a total data line count around 500. File sample attached. The columns of interest are the "CaseKey"; "Last Name", "Sched Date", "County" and "Sale Date". This sample represents one of the data sheets that contains a fairly large number of data lines. Most data sheets will have less than 10 data lines, some will only have 1. There can be several dozen data sheets, all in Adobe "pdf" format. A fast/accurate data entry person could probably complete this project in a couple of hours.
