Build automatic process to obtain property management leads for calling

Hello, I need an automatic process to get leads to call for property management. I have some ideas of where to find potential customers. We could get it from websites which list rentals across the United States. The listing websites must provide the phone number so we can call them. I would like to be able to have a new list of numbers to call every day of owners who are listing their properties for rent. The title of the listing 2. The phone number: -> This is very important, if we can't have the phone number then we are not interested in. 3. Name of poster 4. Price 5. Type of living unit (condo, house etc.) 6. How many days it was posted ago 7. Email (if available) We only want certain postings. The criteria for them is: 1. We will start Seattle area then we will move on to other cities like Denver, the bay area etc. 2. Units must be priced over $1,000 3. Must have no HTML in their ad (this is because we are looking for listings from owners rather than property management companies). We want to design this process in a way in which it automatically populates the new numbers in the above Google Sheet daily so that we can go to it everyday and call the new numbers that it collects.
