Create database of local restaurants including contact email address - Yelp

Hello! We require a freelancer to help us build databases of all the local restaurants in 10+ cities in Canada. The freelancer will be required to utilizing some type of software to automate the collection of data from Yelp as a data source. We will be collecting various fields from this page including name, address, rating, # of reviews, pricepoint, telephone number, neighbourhood, etc.. In addition to the data collected from Yelp, we will also require the email addresses for restaurants if possible. For each city, I will supply a list of postal codes that make up the city area. You will need to collect the data from each postal area and combine them (removing duplicates) to make a database for each city. We expect between 1500-3000 records for each city. And the final file delivered either as an excel or Google Sheet. Please provide a price per city or per record for the database. This is a project that will be done in phases. We will be targeting multiple cities one at a time in order. I will pay for each database as it is completed.
