Create a register for drivers availability and the reasons for not to drive -- 2

I think it may be a virtual board or magnetic board. We have a pool of trucks, tanks trailers and drivers. We want to know the reasons why the truck or the driver did not get assigned trip. It could be for some reasons like: can't service that client, trainnings, sick, truck damage, simply doesn't want, etc. We need to do monthly reports by client, by truck, by driver, etc. Also we need to assign the available trucks, tanks and drivers to the different trips for clients. We can move pieces to the areas which best describe the status of the truck, tank and driver.
