Excel Macro- Data History - MetaTrader4

I've thought about many phases, and I'd decide till which one I'd decide to execute depending on the budget (every stage include the previous stages): STAGE 1 (basic) Excel which import historical closing prices data of arround 25-50 currency pairs for many timeframes (15M 4H and 1W) from MetaTrader4. It should make it automatically in real time for every candle closed. In case this excel get saved and closed, it should update all the data when it get opened again. STAGE 2 Through some formulas I use to follow the feelings in the market, there would be a simple way to create graphics (like a panel where i could click which currency pairs I need to compare), so I don't need to take all the data, and create it from nothing (I know it's very simple to do...but a waste of time when you need to make it so many times) STAGE 3 When a certain value is inside or outside of a certain dynamic interval (this interval depends on the formulas I provide), it should emit an alert (pop-up and sound). Also, I should recieve in my cellphone the same alert (I guess sending a mail would be enough...but you are who know how to do these kind of things and what is easier and what works better). STAGE 4 Here I'd need an option to activate or disactivate the fact excel automatically execute orders when a certain value is inside or outside of a certain dynamic interval. Also, it should emit the same alert as before, announcing of every opened and closed order, plus the final result. --- Do not keep in mind the budget I'm about to pay, because I know there could be a bif difference between stage 1 and stage 4, so I just ask for budgets for every stage so I can decide better what I'll request.
