I need to find joint venture contracts which are hosted in the "edgar" database. [login to view URL] They are attached by companies when filing reports to the government. Each contract is hosted in a specific URL, so I just need the URLs for the contracts. There are thousands of them but they have to be found either manually or with some scraping code. Here is an example of a contract: [login to view URL] I can pay 50 cents per contract (the link to the URL is enough). I can set milestones but will only pay when I have the first 200 contracts (that is 100 dollars right there). I can also instruct you on how do find them manually if you do not know how to scrape the website.
