Replace existing paper forms used for paper storage ( work order ~ 40 fields and parts required etc and costs - calculations of costs and tax from customer input) for an auto work shop and allow print of customer invoice and completed work order as paper records. Electronic forms to be stored as well in excel.
Spreadsheet to be not able to be modified and simple to use.
Hi, I'm a semi-retired database/spreadsheet developer. Unless you are a very small auto workshop I don't think a spreadsheet based system is your best option. What you seem to want really requires a database. Hope this helps. Regards, Rob
