We are looking for solution for a small bug of Dot Net Application

We are finding solution for the problem stated below. We are having a project management application, in which we can manage all our projects. We create project structure by selecting the template while creating project. We are having an option to upload the project documents. 'project documents' named folder will get created paralleled to the template folders (only if we attach some project related documents) inside the project folder. We want to save all this at network location (file storage server will be different). This works fine in case we run the project in debug mode but if we publish the app and try to run it in IIS, it creates the template folders and project stop working.
