I need a google form made that is made up of Home, Category, Product Page, Basket Checkout, Header, Footer and Content Pages - i.e terms and conditions with checklist questions for each element. I need someone to be able to think of all the things needed when quality checking a newly designed ecommerce store and provide a checklist form so that my developers and tested in house can use it as our standard for quality control. Budget dependant on quality of person, people not need apply if can't think at detailed level and with no experience.
