We are looking for a person for customer support to call 300-400 customers a day that had made orders;
Our price: 0.20 EUR per phone call;
Type of job: Customer Support/ Daily - from Monday to Friday, in the morning;
Requirements: Native Italian, experienced in Customer Support or Telemarketing, or in Call Center. Good communicative and presentation abilities, high understanding of commerce and marketing, able to cope with everyday operational work and accounting.
Daily tasks: to call 300-400 clients to confirm their order or to fill in missed information from the order form (name, address, etc.).
Good communication and further requirements will be given from the logistics manager.

I have been working in the BPO industry for more than 6 years. I have handled both inbound and outbound calls. I handled customer service account for more 5 years and also been a Quality assurance Officer for an insurance company. One of my task as being a QA is to make sure that representatives practice excellent customer service. In this line of work I was able to learn the different ways of handling customers. The ability to profile customer so that the call handling would be tailor fit for what the customer needs.
In my years of experience I also handled technical support and was promoted for Tier 2 who are responsible for supervisor call and escalation process. Here I learned to be able to pacify customers. I learned how to be able to say “no” if their request is impossible but offer alternative solution so that customer satisfaction would not be compromise.
I also handled billing and sales, where I learned more on how to give value to customer, making them feel that the company cares for them that’ why we offer them better solution or ways on how they can save more for their services. This gives us the opportunity to offer upgrades on plans or additional services for their account.
