Step-up (boost) DC-DC Converter, 5KVA

Hi, I am looking for someone who is an expert in the field of power system especially in step-up (boost) DC-DC converter. The Low voltage and low power solution is just like MCP1640 from Microchip. The dc converter have low start-up voltage, and have adjustable output voltage in the range of 45VDC ~ 60VDC, and power rating is up to 5KVA. The converter should have high efficiency (>90%), have inrush current limiting and internal soft-start. The output voltage can be controlled using analog signal (output from DAC) or digitally. The milestones will be 1. Simulation 2. Bill of Materials (BOM) 3. PCB Layout using Altium 4. PCB fab and assembly 5. Laboratory Test. Please inform me your previous works relating to this project.
