Link Building PR4 and higher only - 50 Links (Per month)

Description This is your chance to work with an exciting company, which can offer ongoing work with our products. We are looking to start at getting 50 Inbound links to our homepage, then will require inbound links for each of our products pages. This project is to build 50 in-bound only (not reciprocal) links to our site's Home Page. (then if your work is great, you will be given the work for the rest of our website.) All 50 links are to be keyword anchored text links; all links will point to the Home Page of our site, with each link will residing on a page that is hosted a unique domain, with a unqiue server IP Address. Each linking page must have a Google Page Rank of 4 or higher and must contain NO MORE than ten links to other sites. All 50 links must comply to the following: 1. Links must NOT be paid links / rented links; all links MUST be permenant and require no maintenance 2. Links MUST NOT expire within 6 months of end date of project 3. No link must be more than two pages deep into the linking site from its Home Page 4. No links from article directories, link farms, classifieds (free ads) or social bookmarking sites 5. Link must NOT have 'nofollow' set in anchor text 6. ALL 40 link pages MUST have a Google page rank of 4 or higher 7. All 40 links must be from UNIQUE domains with unique IP addresses 8. All sites must relate to gardening, plants, horticulture or fruit trees 9. Only White Hat strategies can be used 10. Links must be one way (not reciprocal) from established, good quality sites (PR4+ only) 11. Links must be submitted manualy i.e. not using automatic software (e.g., Zeus, Arelis, or similar) 12. The link page MUST NOT have more than 10 other outgoing links on it 13. No links from frame, iframe, java script, hidden text or flash sites 14. No links must be on pages that are excluded by [login to view URL] 15. No sites banned by Google. No fake PR. (these will be checked) 16. The site must be indexed by Google, Bing, and Yahoo and be crawled on a regular basis 17. English language web sites only, preferably [login to view URL] sites 18. Links must look natural, i.e. they should NOT all be built on the same day 19. Anchor text surrounding each link will vary. You will create the variations as you see fit / as best fits the site you are linking from. Your expertise in this area is essential. Terms of work (what we expect from you): 1. If a backlink disappears within six months of the project end date, we will expect a replacement link created at no additional fee. 2. Every link you create MUST be followable by spiders and bots back to the Home Page of our site. If a link doesn't go directly to our site and thus give Page Rank benefit to our site, a replacment link will be expected at no additional fee. 3. If the page link does not shown as 4 or higher on our rank checking software and in the Google Page Rank tool, it will not count as a valid link and another will be expected to be supplied at no additional fee. Same applies if the linking page is found to be spoofing its Google Page Rank. All links you create will be checked by hand, by us; any links not in compliance with the above will be expected to be replaced, at no additional fee. Start date and duration of project: Start date will be the day after acceptance of the winning bid. The project is to be completed within 30 days of the start date. Links will be created over the entire 40 day period at a rate of two (1 - 2) links per day. Daily requirement: Every day we will require from you a list, in Excel (or compatible) format showing the following... 1. Link page URL 2. Domain IP address 3. Depth into site of the link page 4. Page Rank of link page 5. Anchor text variant used for linking URL
