Power Supply Dc to Dc

I need an efficient way to convert 12 v Dc to 60 v Dc using a "Flyback converter" and/or "Capacitor array". The most important part of this will be the efficiency of converting the 12 v Dc using a trucks alternator to the 60 v Dc. I will need this "Power Supply" unit to run a 60 volt Dc motor at 5 - 10 amps. Will need a way to adjust the amperage to control the motor speed. Must use parts that are readily available. Must be able to deliver the following including schematic CAD drawings, PCB layouts, Routed PCB files, source code if needed and parts list assembly drawings.
