read papers and create mp3 voice files -- 2

I have several practice tests I want to take. Each test has many questions. I want to convert the questions and answers into audio files so I can listen to them while I drive. There are about 1000 questions. In addition, I have several documents that i want to have converted to audio files so I can listen to them These are ongoing projects that i repete over and over each time I take a class. I would like to approximately 15 minute audio files, perferably MP4 files. I listen to them on my iPhone. If they can be in a format that allows me to listen at normal speed the first time then 1.5 times normal speed the 2nd time, that would be great. This is an ongoing project that will ;last part time for about 4-6 months. then I will do it again in the spring. The person needs to speak fluent US English Please quote a fixed proice per question, and a fixed price per page that is read. I have attached two files. One is flash cards. Please give me a sample audio file so i can listen to your voice and pronumciation. Flash cards: please read this way. What is "the term in the card" wait 3 seconds so I can answer in my mind, the say, the answer is: give the answer. Test questions: Read the number, then the question, the give the 4 options, then wait 3 seconds and then say the right answer is, then read the rational. Example: what is steel. options a. process silver, b. melted Gold C. steel ore that is smelted d. cotton. the answer is C, steel ore that is smelted. The rational, steel is made from ore that is mined from the mountains. read 6 questgions and do 6 flash cards and send me the audio file to listen to. I willl select from those samples.
