Hi, your project sounds straightforward. I'm an Excel/VBA developer. My quote is really for a half day (my rate is $30 an hour). Do you also require integration/unit tests? Ie, synthetic data with known pre-calculated results to pick on on errors if the code/cells are modified incorrectly.
