I have worked as Email, Chat and Phone Customer Service representative for 10 years, during all of these years, I was able to work for different companies located in the U.S
During all of these years working as Customer Service representative, I was able to learn how to handle different type of customers and change a bad experience to a satisfactory experience. In order to change a bad experience to a satisfactory experience, I am always using sympathy, empathy, positive positioning, ownership, and personalization on every interaction.
I was also able to learn how to provide a satisfactory experience following processes and procedures.
