As a Human Resources professional with a generalist background, I offer expertise in employee relations, benefits administration, recruitment/talent acquisition, performance management and all HR generalist duties. I have made significant contributions in succession planning and workforce engagement as well as ensuring compliance with employment and labour requirements.
Just to give you a brief background on me. I am a BS Psychology graduate with a Certification in HR Management. I have worked for various companies in Dubai for the last 10 years both local and multinational, with a multi-cultured workforce in which majority of my responsibilities were learning and development, recruitment, employee relations, talent and performance management apart from other HR responsibilities. I am also known for my ability to help identify and implement key technology and process improvements.
My previous work in the UAE includes:
Employee Development Manager/HR Advisor for Supreme Group a company the supports Multinational Forces (i.e. NATO, UN, UK MOD, US DOD). I worked for them for 4 years, providing HR support to our Dubai, UK and US office as well as the remote locations we were operating (i.e. Afghanistan, Somalia and Eastern Europe). My role required travelling to these remote locations.
For Select Auto/FAMCO Integrated Services (Al-Futtaim Group), my role was a Jr HRBP and Operations Analyst.
