CRM MIGRATION SPECIALIST PROJECT - IDEALLY RECRUITMENT

******* PLEASE ONLY BID IF YOU HAVE MIGRATION EXPERIENCE ******** The reason for the Migration experience knowledge is that you will have a strong understanding of how the files link. I do not have time to explain what a Migration Expert will already know. I am happy to be available on the phone to discuss, once I have identified the right Freelancer to ensure the finer details are understood, just not the basic, this should be known. We are a recruitment company who are moving from 1 CRM to another. We have been given all of our data in a mixture of files. These are not simple logs as they are all broken into different Actions / Records / Tags and put into different files. To upload our date, we need to import all the data from the multiple files and put into 3 Templated Upload Documents. We will need you to collate the correct information from the files, and enter them into the correct cells in each template. This will require someone with previous experience as it has to be 100% correct. It will also involve using a search tool. For instance, to add the Notes / Comments in to the correct cell, you need to find the Note ID, to the Person ID, to the Action ID etc which are all in different files. I have added a link to a Video below which explains it very well. It will also involve adding the Document link names to ensure the correct CV's are imported with the records. I have attached what I think is ALL the data required, along with a video of how to do the notes/comments column. Below is also a link to how the Templates work, which should explain how to complete. Once the Templates are complete, I will need to remove some individuals / data as they are not needed. This should not affect the documents. Once complete, I will need you to import the data into our new CRM. Fixing any errors. It IS possible to import the data and then remove it if incorrect within a short period of time. This should also allow for any incorrect information. I will need screenshots showing completion of the import. There will be a handful of records that are not unable to import due to the us having already put their details on the CRM, meaning they will not allow a duplication. This is fine and we can work with this but this should be about 20 records.
