Hello, If I understand this correctly, your task could be made much more efficient by using Mail-Merge feature in word. Can you share the spreadsheet and the word template for me to review. I would then be able to suggest the best course of action. Without looking at the setup it may be difficult to suggest. hi im an expert in .Net technologies with over than 20 years of experience in banking sw development. Have you a database to store the data or just a excel? If u have sql server (can be the free sql server express) i can build an app to store the data and then retrieve it easily avoiding errors. Also you can generate the docx documents via open xml and a template (by code) Regards carlos

Hi, As far as I get, your invoices are created in Word, but the process is not directly linked with Excel. I can create a macro that runs on Excel, but that will crate the invoices using the information in Excel file as word or pdf file. The process will be way easier for you. For this project, I would create a button (programmed with VBA) that would automatically save all of your invoices as a PDF in seconds, using the information from your chrono. In my current job, I have coded 7 or so spreadsheets with VBA, which cuts workload down from about 4 hours, to 10 minutes (9.5 minutes to enter information needed, 30 seconds to save all the files.)
