a formula for excel

I have all the information on a excel spread sheet, and I need someone to put in a couple of formulas. I require 2 drop down lists, and of one of those lists there will be a seperate box that will automatically changes depending on what information is in the list. There is a screen shot that has a drop down list "c7" this has 9 headings " PFC UB UC CHS RHS SHS FB EA UA " The box "e7" will have another drop down list that has all the individual members of those heading, see other screen shot. See the screen shot where i have circled 'g7' and the small screen shot - for example; I will select 'shs' from the drop down list on c7, then i will select 20x1.6shs on d7, i will then want the kg's/m to appear for that particular item in g7 which is " .9" The g7 box must match the correct weight of the member that appears in d7. The drop down lists will need to be in boxes c7 to c23, or how ever many boxes I drag it down.
