Small run garment making

We are an independent synth band that has a fun idea for a unique wearable merch item for our female fans. It's a cropped vest with our emblem printed on the inner satin lining. We have the vest design and we'd provide all materials needed for their construction (the outer shell, inner lining, metal grommets and lacing). We require someone to make the pattern and size up these from XS to L with one vest sized to specific measurements, and finally make them. Included are photos of the vest we want to base this off of. This will be a small but likely ongoing project if it works out, the goal is to have these made at a reasonable cost to us so as to be able to offer them for sale at a fair cost.
