my name is Csaba, and i work with Filemaker about five years ago. In the next one-two weeks starts my POS in two Restaurants.
In this two week, i can list the urgent issues and repair them, so i can say, that you could have a close to a full tested version of my solution.
Of course designed for your requirements.
It has an inventory manager, customer manager, order manager with process tracking (just added, in the kitchen, under delivery, delivered)
It has an employee manager (at this time just to track, who added or cancelled an order - if cancelled, why, and who delivered - may can be changed to packed by etc..)
If you have interest on my solution, we need to create a clear list about your requirements, and based on your list i can set the milestones for you.
Shame, but i am a bit busy at this time, so i need time to be done with your project please think on it.
As i think you could start with your new system on the end of october - start of november.
The christmas orders could be tracked by this solution, but i can say closest if i know, what kind of features must be integrated.
