Hello, I think good way to do this its using cutsel method and maybe overlap method for mesh. To reduce time for calculation its possible to involve VOF- PDM approach. Please take a look my portfolio related to CFD. I would like to see geometry, and boudary conditions, what you results you want to receive after CFD simulation.

Greetings! I am an Aerospace Engineer with MS in Aerospace CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics). I have an experience of 3 years working with Government and private organizations. I have studied Turbomachinery, Aero Vehicle Design and Computational Fluid Dynamics as my core in MS program and have successfully completed several projects related to CFD and turbomachinery.
