Flash Book File

A flash book page, A dynamic book 30 – 40 pages (reads from xml maybe). It will contain a zoom in/out option if possible, choose pages and print them; it also has an index archive section (maybe on the left side) where it lists all the subjects or sections, example: if the user want to go to page 20 for (products section, he click on Products index link)... *Needed a back office page, where the user can enter to upload new pages, modify old books (add/remove pages). I want it so simple to use. Note : Please Include a sample of a similar project in your email. The flash book pages, needs to be burn on CD as well.
