225804 Photo remote interface

I need an image viewer similar to this one [login to view URL] Need user name & password. An image with a resolution of 2048 x 1536, uploaded every 5 minutes, and are named with a date format of yyyymmddminsec.jpg. They are deposited into a folder for each client. When someone logs in, a webservice returns the client information and also returns fields such as date and time, and also some other variables for the image. Need a slick looking viewer, with working image zoom tool for the thumbnail. Programmed in flash and actionscript. Server / hosting option also welcomed
