Full website design, template customisation, graphics create

We require a brand new flagship website for our web design company. It will be created using Joomla. We have the template and logo already but we need it customised and the graphics and content added. We have too much workload to do this ourselves but our website is in much need of an update. Therefore we wish to outsource the creation of our website to freelancers. This must be designed with SEO in mind from the start. We want this to rank high in the search engines, we know SEO so we will check to make sure you have made it SEO friendly. You will design all of the pages specified in the document provided. We do not wish you to write the content for each page, just copy it from other web design sites for now. We will rewrite all of the text when the site is finished. You will create each unique page with relevant graphics. This project will require people with knowledge of: SEO Graphics / design xHTML / CSS PHP / Joomla Flash Build this site as if you are building it for your own company. Use your own imagination and ideas for the content. We need it to look good and professional, like a web design company's site should. This requires a range of skills therefore it is likely to require multiple people such as a firm of web designers, graphics desiners and flash developers to work on it. We are looking for people with a very good skills and we will require samples of your work. Please pm me with links to your work. You must have a good portfolio and rating. You will require good Joomla knowledge for this! Please make sure you can prove that you are experienced with joomla. I have attached a word document that goes into detail.
