Joomla Template Touristic Website

Zandvoort is a beachresort near Amsterdam in The Netherlands. Our site at [login to view URL] is in need of a thorough renovation which has to result in a attractive look and feel. The new site logo (at the top right) has to fit into this. We need several templates which we can use. Please include some references both of past work and the type of design that you are thinking about as we will make our choice mainly based on example sites. Lots of photos of Zandvoort and neighbourhood are available and will be sent to you after acceptance of the bid. A really nice design was made by another freelancer but after lots of delivery promises which were not fullfilled and after still not delivering the site after 3,5 months we unfortunately had to cancel the project. Same problem with the second guy from India right now: asking money and still not finishing the job. A GUARANTEED delivery schedule and some examples of your work are absolutely required as we already are late due to the above experience. What we need are an editable Joomal frontpage design as well as a template for one column pages. To give each page a look and feel that has something to do with the subject (like a hotel-page, a restaurant page, a webcam-page, etc) we propose to make a basic template and let a flash be a part of the design. We think of a flash with an external txt-file per page or another simple solution so that we are able to changes images on a per page basis in a simple way. Attached the not so bad design to give you an impression. For a designer who is reliable (who have met too much who were not) we will take care well and supply you with more work.
